Lol, it probably was not wise to engage this individual. But I found it quite hilarious. Chances are its just some troll. Most people on SOC are quite honest and probably wouldn't have resorted to such childish nonsense. But just wanted to make this aware to folks in case this person strikes you

Can someone tell me why Youtube or referring to it by its name is forbidden to be mentioned on the message boards? Sounds kind of silly to me if this is an actual rule 

The internet is ablaze with criticism and anger over Guza's idea of "punishment" for Michael. And I don't just mean SOC message boards. But then again, many of the people who commented on EW.com and other sites discussing the article are or were members here. So the number might not be that big. But I too have had enough. I haven't watched regularly starting with the MC stunt and now, I think I will make that permanent. As someone posted in a very striking and honest post (on a site I can't remember right now), we are the ones who created this monster (Guza).  So I've decided that my viewing in any kind of way (a small peek here and there) will no longer feed this monster. And please don't take this as being a prude and thinking violence has never been a part of soaps. I know it has. But Guza and his vision is just a whole other thing that does not and never has not belonged in soaps or in television in the way he describes it. I certainly hope this increase in uproar is the beginning of the end for this hack. If ABC can't see from the angry sentiments just how a mess this show is, then I just hope GH is once and for all put out of its misery fast and quick before things get worse

So TVGuide has just broke the news that there will be a 90210 spin off to be broadcast on the CW. Apparently, to be created by Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas. No details on specifics. But as a fan of the original, I am game for a return to West Beverly.

And all I can say is its about freakin time. Where they afraid to do this for GoF and OotP? Cause really, those two movies should have definitely been split or at least 3 hours long. I believe Part 1 will be released Nov 2010 with part 2 in May 2011. David Heyman, a producer for the HP movies asked J.K about it and she signed off on it. He also poses the question on where this split should occur. So I pose the question to SOC'ers. For those who have read DH, just where in the story should part 1 end?

Of course what is great music is purely a subjective thing. But its funny how an off hand conversation like Britney Spears' troubles can take you on a stroll down memory lane. So my girlfriend and I were talking about Britney and she mentioned her crappy new song Piece of Me and I told her I still haven't heard it. So I go to Youtube and watch it. Its not my cup of tea, but then I notice in the related videos, "Hit Me Baby One More Time". For old time sakes, I clicked on it and instantly, it took me back to high school. My sophmore year going into my junior year. I clicked on more Britney videos. I sung along to songs I have not sung to in years. But it didn't stop at Britney. Oh no, how can you have a '99 pop revue without the other 3/4 of the Big Four from that year. So I looked up N'Sync's Tearin Up My Heart. From there it was Backstreet Boys and "I Want it That Way", "Show me the Meaning of Being Lonely". And then of course, the sort of lone survivor(besides JT) from that great era, Christina Aguilera "What a Girl Wants". It all came flooding back. Samantha Mumba's "Gotta Tell You". Mandy Moore's "Candy" and LFO with "Summer Girls". Suger Ray, J-Lo's first album. I am quite sure there is a whole slew I have forgotten, not even scrathing the surface on Ricky Martin and "Livin La Vida Loca". Anyone else who happened to enjoy pop music during that time got any other faves? Or maybe you can share a year in music that was tops for you?
